Organic, Locally Milled Flour

All of our flour is from Lindley Mills in Graham, North Carolina (just an hour’s drive from where we bake.) It is organic and non-GMO.

Naturally Leavened

All of our bread is sourdough. That means it uses a sourdough starter instead of commercial yeast. Sourdough is the ancient way of making bread through fermentation, and it results in a more digestible, longer-lasting, better tasting bread.

*our baguettes do have a little bit of commercial yeast in them, but mostly everything is sourdough.
