Overnight Country

These are smaller free-form loaves good for snacking on, or setting on the dinner table, always with good butter and specialty jam. Each has a unique score design. “Overnight” refers to the longer fermentation, which results in a deeper flavor and increased digestibility.

Ingredients: malted bread flour (with barley flour), water, whole wheat flour, leaven (flour and water), salt.
