Sourdough Hot Cross Buns *EASTER*

These will be dropped off at Sweet Dough by 5pm on March 30. You will receive an email notification if they are dropped off earlier. Sweet Dough will be closed on Easter Sunday, so these must be picked up Saturday.

A delicious addition to your Easter dinner, these hot cross buns are made with sourdough, infused with warm spices, and topped with an apricot glaze.

Size: One half dozen

Ingredients: Bread flour, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavor), leaven (whole wheat and bread flours, water), raisins, organic cane sugar, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol), sea salt egg, spices. GLAZE: apricot jam (apricots, sugar, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent (fruit pectin) water. ICING: confectioners sugar (sugar, corn starch), milk, vanilla, salt
